By visiting, using, or shopping at the site, you accept these terms and conditions. This applies to any current or future services or purchases from The Company or its affiliates. If guidelines and conditions conflict, they will prevail.
Emails:
By purchasing, you agree to receive administrative and promotional emails. You can opt-out of promotional emails by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link in any email. The Company is not responsible for promotional emails or offers, which may change at the company's discretion.
Order Placement:
Once the order is placed, it will take around 30 days until shipment. So we request you to place order prior to your occasion. You will receive a payment confirmation invoice via email, upon successful bank transfer. And an email will be sent to you once your order is out for shipment, including the tracking ID.
Return Policy:
We do not take any returns, once the order has been placed, client can cancel within the first three days of their order placement. Once the order placed reaches fourth day we won't be able to cancel and continue with your requested order.
This policy applies to the International clients as well
Non-Eligibility for Return/Refund:
Returns are not entertained at all be it, for reasons like "no longer needed," "changed of mind," or "dislike after opening."
We do not consider "Take backs", "exchanges" or "Cancel my order" -request after 3 days of ordering.
No refunds or exchanges are possible once the order is acknowledged via WhatsApp/Mail and bank transfer has been made unless the client decides to cancel within 72hours (3 days).
Exchange Policy: Exchanges are not offered at this time.
Address Change Policy: Address change requests are not accommodated once an order has been placed.
Shipping Policy:
All orders will be delivered using the service detailed at the time of ordering. The Company has the right to adjust shipping costs, but the cost will always be notified prior to order dispatch.
Deliveries are 3-5 working days after dispatch, not from the time of order. For international clients delivery will vary. Please check for delivery confirmation emails as they are sent 24 hours before dispatch.
Delivery times range from 10-15 working days depending on the location.
Force Majeure:
The Company is not responsible for any delays or failures in performance resulting from acts beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
Customer Responsibility:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct. The Company is not liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
